Victoria Lee, LPCC (Accepting New Clients on June 30)

What Am I Passionate About?

I am passionate about mental health struggles, whether brought on by chemical imbalances, situational hardships, and oppressive systems, can be one of the most isolating experiences a human being can face. Therefore it is essential that we all have access to safe and empathetic individuals who can meet us during these vulnerable moments and guide us back to a place of stability.

My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help individuals recognize that they are much more capable and resilient than they think, and to work together in developing the tools to better navigate any hardships they should encounter.

My Approach to Therapy

I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed, and decolonizing lens to assist clients in reaching their goals. I also integrate modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EMDR. I have experience working with those navigating anxiety, trauma, systemic oppression, and religious exploration/deconstruction.

“ Not everything that is faced can be changed; but nothing can be changed until it is faced. ”
