What Am I Passionate About?
I am passionate about creating a space where children, teens, young adults, adults, and families feel seen, heard, and respected—and comfortable being themselves. I especially enjoy supporting Black and Brown youth, young adults, and families as they navigate questions of identity, emotional well-being, life transitions, confidence, and relationships. In our work together, I help young people recognize their strengths, find their voice, and grow in ways that feel meaningful to them.
My Approach to Therapy
My approach is rooted in building genuine relationships and taking the time to understand each person as a whole. I recognize that culture, identity, family, community, and life experiences all shape how we feel, cope, and connect with others.

Education Background
I earned my Master’s degree in School Counseling from the University of Denver and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.
Beyond the Office
Outside of counseling, I am creative at heart and deeply passionate about wellness, community, personal growth, and creating opportunities that help people thrive. I believe healing can happen when we feel connected to ourselves, to others, and to our purpose.
