What Am I Passionate About?

I am passionate about supporting mental and physical well-being. Coming from a family affected by chronic health conditions and mental illness, I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy quality of life. I am deeply committed to empowering individuals and helping them build emotional resilience.

I am also passionate about helping couples strengthen communication, improve conflict resolution skills, and maintain healthy relationships. Too often, families struggle during high-stress life transitions—such as becoming parents—without the support they need to navigate those changes successfully.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in creating an empathetic, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly. I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic modalities to best support each client’s unique needs and goals. My primary therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
