La Tisha "Tish" Cook, LPC
What Am I Passionate About?
I am passionate about creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for healing. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I work with teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions.
My Approach to Therapy
I meet clients exactly where they are, offering steady support, honest reflection, and practical tools to help them grow. Together, we work toward understanding the root of challenges, strengthening resilience, and building skills that support long-term well-being. I am committed to ongoing learning and professional growth so I can offer care rooted in excellence, compassion, and empowerment.
Additionally, my approach is warm, collaborative, and guided by a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens. I value each client’s story and honor their identity, culture, and lived experience.
