What Am I Passionate About?

If you are feeling unsure or challenged in moving forward, you do not have to face it alone. My passion and purpose are to support individuals, couples, and families as they work through the hurdles that may be holding them back from stepping into the next phase of their lives.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in empathy, collaboration, and deep respect for your lived experience. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and valued as I gently guide you through life’s challenges. Together, we will explore what you’re going through, build coping strategies, and reconnect with your strengths in a way that feels safe, empowering, and supportive of meaningful, lasting change. I understand that therapy looks different for everyone, which is why I strive to meet you where you are with warmth and understanding.

Who Do I Work With?

For over 20 years of experience in social work (MSW, SWC) in both mental health and medical settings, I have worked with individuals navigating life transitions, parenting challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I am especially committed to supporting women and individuals from diverse and marginalized backgrounds.

When you are ready, I am here to support you on your journey.
