My approach is holistic, compassionate, honest, and collaborative, creating a supportive space for growth and self-discovery. l explore how past experiences, beliefs, thoughts, and relationships shape your current life and future goals.
I specialize in providing services for adults, teens, and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions.

Education Background
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Colorado State University and in the last semester of my Master’s Program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I am Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1 trained.
Beyond the Office
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family going to movies and sharing family dinners. I am a true crime fanatic and fancy myself an accomplished “Armchair Detective.”
