What Am I Passionate About?

I am passionate about providing a safe and welcoming space where individuals can show up authentically as they work towards personal growth and healing.

I believe that every person’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to honor where each client is in their process. My goal is to empower you to navigate challenges, recognize your strengths, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and resilience.

My Approach to Therapy

I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities into my practice, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies, all while operating from an anti-oppressive lens.

I specialize in working with diverse populations, including BIPOC individuals, youth, and adults. My goal is to create a comfortable and collaborative environment where clients can work through challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, racial trauma, and more.

Clients can expect a judgment-free space where they are encouraged to show up as their whole selves, safely explore their emotions and life experiences, and set proactive goals to create meaningful and positive change in their lives.

“There's power in allowing yourself to be known and heard, in owning your unique story, in using your authentic voice.” ~ Michelle Obama ~

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and family. I prioritize pouring back into myself by spending quality time with loved ones, curling up with a good book or binge watching my favorite shows.
