About Me
If you are feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, stress, social anxiety, isolation, or low self-esteem, please know—you’re not alone. I see you, I hear you, and I want to support you every step of the way. My goal is to help ease that emotional pain and walk with you toward healing, growth, and self-compassion.
My Approach to Therapy
As a Practicum Student Therapist pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University, I bring a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy. I believe that every individual, regardless of background or life experiences, has the potential to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. I am here to support you in discovering your inner strengths, understanding your challenges, and moving toward lasting transformation.
I also recognize how life’s struggles can impact your daily life, relationships, and sense of self. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely validated. You are the expert on your life, and I’m here to walk alongside you—collaborating to find solutions that align with your values and goals.
“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”
(James Baldwin)
Together, we will cultivate self-compassion, quiet the inner critic, and create space for healing and growth. We will work to deepen your understanding of your experiences, build effective coping strategies, and foster a sense of empowerment, enabling you to navigate life with greater clarity, authenticity, and peace of mind.
Beyond the Office
Outside of counseling, I enjoy attending live events, spending quality time with my dog, and cooking new foods. I value self-care and believe in the importance of nurturing our mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
If you are reading this, please know that no matter how overwhelming or persistent your struggles may feel, healing is possible and you do not have to face it alone. I look forward to connecting with you.
